This is a full- time position working out of our Blue Ash Bakery Fresh Innovation Center.
Sanitation operators ensure that all equipment is clean, sanitized and ready to make crave-able delicious donuts and baked goods products.
Sanitation Operators are responsible for disassembling, cleaning, sanitizing, and re-assembling all manufacturing, storage, and delivery equipment used on the facility.
· Complete tasks outlined in the master, daily and weekly sanitation schedule or as directly assigned by the QA/ sanitation supervisor and or lead.
· Perform all duties following company safety procedures and guidelines with focus on zero injuries.
· Utilize, store away and measure all chemicals while utilizing the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
· Follow all Lock Out Tag Out procedures (LOTO).
· Must be able to assess area after cleaning to ensure sanitation is complete
· Inspect each other’s work to make sure work is complete.
· Must be able to partake in and complete the chemical training program.
· Scrape, wash, and sanitize mixers, ovens, sheeter line, coolers, production lines, trays, wire baskets and racks.
· Follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
· Work as a member of a team.
· Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders, when required.
· Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
· Ability to work a rotational schedule including weekends and most holidays.
· Utilize battery operated floor scrubbers.
· Be able to work in wet conditions.
· Adhere to all Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP)
· Familiarity with GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices), food safety and sanitation (i.
e.
HACCP, AIB, SQF)
· Ability to work with limited supervision is required.
· Proven ability to work independently while performing a variety of sanitation and production tasks

· High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· Must be able to pass a background check
· Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
· Previous experience in a Bakery or Food Manufacturing (Preferred) but not required.
· Read, write and communicate in English.
· Be on time and willing to perform some overtime when necessary.
