As a quickly growing company, we are looking to expand our staff with a new Line cook position.

Line Cook Job Responsibilities:
Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sauteing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
Opening and closing procedures to have the shift prepped and ready for the next day and or next events.
Cleaning and Sanitation Procedures must be completed in the beginning, middle, and end of shift.
Must be a able to Communicate with all staff in an appropriate manner and keep the Positive Hospitality.
Must be able to learn how to work a Meat slicer and Grinder for shipments that come in a whole animal.
Must be able to left 25lbs or more for unloading trucks and cutting meats.
Salary Range: $11.
