* Engage with customers to provide recommendations, share knowledge about the distillery's products, and create personalized cocktail experiences tailored to their preferences.
* Ensure a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and maintaining proper hygiene standards to uphold the distillery's image and compliance requirements.
* Execute efficient service, managing multiple orders simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and delivering beverages promptly while providing attentive and friendly customer service.
* Complete all required checklists diligently, including inventory management, opening and closing procedures, and sanitation protocols, to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
