```Duties```
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, giving change, and providing receipts
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall customer satisfaction
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices to ensure proper handling of food and beverages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and multitasking effectively
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with guests, coworkers, and management
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
