Support brewery operations by performing assigned tasks covering all aspects of the brewing process under the direction of Brewery Management.
Undergo training on different brewery functions and processes, using the knowledge and skills learned to contribute and improve operations and efficiency in the brewing process.
Work with other team members to conduct lab and sample analysis to ensure product meets or exceeds quality standards set by Brewer and Quality Manager.
* Perform cellar activities such as tank cleaning, yeast harvesting, liquid transfers, filtration, and environmental cleaning.
* Transfer finished product to the packaging line from package release tanks.
* Complete quality and sample analysis using different pieces of lab equipment such as autoclaves, micro-plating, incubators, centrifuges, beer analyzers, and gehaltemeters.
* Operate different types of packaging equipment including, but not limited to, a de-palletizer, case labeler, case packer, carton erector, basket erector, and other equipment as needed.
* Complete operation and safety training on all lab and packaging equipment on a regular basis.
* Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations.
* Support all safety, food quality and sanitation initiatives and policies.
* Follow Cincinnati Beverage Company safety rules and procedures.
* Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
