Primary Duties : Position responsibilities: Job Knowledge, Safety & Sanitation, Personal Relations, Guest Experience and Operational Standards.
This position requires you to take and then package food and non-alcoholic drinks orders from Guests.
It may be over the phone, in the restaurant, online or a drive up at the To Go Service Window.
You must ensure that all orders are packaged correctly and delivered to our Guests following the QS&L To Go Service Standards.
Team Members achieve success in the position by effectively accomplishing the following responsibilities:
Knows and follows safety guidelines and alerts manager
Practices safe food handling and storage.
Ensures the work area and equipment is clean and sanitized at all times.
Willingly helps other Team Members when needed.
Upholds company and brand standards.
Notifies manager of positive and negative feedback from Guests.
Presents food per company specifications.
Understands the 10 Steps to a To Go Service Order.
Answers the phone with the appropriate greeting and within 3 rings.
Takes orders for food and non-alcoholic beverages.
Possesses excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills.
Makes specific suggestions and recommendations to our guest
Ensures all food is served within our standards of quality, freshness
Always portrays an enthusiastic FRANK attitude.
Able to work the POS system and seating systems efficiently.
Maintains To Go Service drawer money in accordance with sales.
Stocks the To Go Window area with napkins, condiments, bags, wing-wags, etc.
Completes all opening, running and closing side works.
Gets checked out by management before leaving the building.
Continuously promotes teamwork.
Assists Servers and HOH staff with prep when needed.
Maintains kitchen and To Go Service surroundings, including floors, windows, etc.
in the manner that meets QS&L standards
Physical Requirements / Qualifications
Lift and carry cases of food, supplies and equipment up to of 50 pounds.
Frequently bend, stoop and reach in order to stock food.
Climb a ladder or “step-up” to reach supplies stored in overhead areas.
Stand/walk for shifts up to eight hours
Perform maintenance duties as required, i.
e.
, cleaning windows, mopping floors, painting, cleaning restroom facilities, collect and dispose of trash
Reach out and bend to operate all safety equipment
Operate all department equipment.
Read and write
High school graduate or equivalent is preferred
Able to relate well with people.
