As a Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in assisting with food preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Responsibilities: - Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients - Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment - Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow - Support other kitchen staff as needed Skills: - Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred - Proficient knife skills for precise cutting and preparation - Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques - Familiarity with culinary terminology and techniques - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities If you are passionate about food preparation and want to be part of a dynamic culinary team, we invite you to apply for the position of Prep Cook.
