Hospitality Supervisor: Element Eatery
Job Summary
The Hospitality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the service in Element Eatery.
He/she is responsible for assisting the management team with training, motivating, and coaching the staff, as well as controlling labor costs.

Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry.
Physical Requirements
Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
The ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Comply with food hall standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.
Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas, and assist in implementing solutions.
Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Fundamental Requirements
Assist with recruiting, training, and managing food hall associates
Assist with scheduling associate work hours to ensure that all shifts are adequately covered.
Being knowledgeable of the food vendors in the establishment.
Greet all customers as they enter, and provide the highest level of customer service possible.
Answer the phone in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
Ensure that all work areas are clean and properly stocked according to the property specific standard.
Ensure that all to-go orders are organized and are given out to the correct customer.
Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure customer safety.
Ensure compliance with daily opening and closing duties and cleaning according to established side-work checklist.
Ensure that customers are served in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date on product information and availability of food products.
Regularly inspecting all work areas to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
Assist with taking inventory of food supplies and other consumables, ordering necessary supplies as needed and receiving deliverables.
Switching off all lights and enabling the alarm system at the close of business.
Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all AT Hospitality SOPs.
