We are seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Cincinnati, OH.
This role will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
You will coach and motivate a team of housekeeping associates, while leading all aspects of housekeeping performance and operations.

Compensation:
$16.

Responsibilities:
Create and oversee schedules to assign staff tasks, including cleaning rooms and public areas.
Ensure staff follows all safety and sanitation protocols.
Inspect all areas to ensure all tasks are completed and standards are being met.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
Resolve guest complaints and issues in a courteous and timely manner.
Qualifications:
US work authorization
18 years or older
Bilingual – English/Spanish
Hotel management experience
Knowledge of all relevant housekeeping policies and procedures
