Part-Time Janitorial Position

*About the position:* We are looking for a Part-time janitor (floater) to join our team and provide additional support to our field team.
We provide services for 20+ locations throughout the Greater Cincinnati Region.
The successful candidate must have reliable transportation as he/she will be expected to drive between locations to cover shifts for or provide additional cleaning support to the FT/Regular janitor at the assigned building(s).
The position generally offers a minimum of 15 hours/week and a mileage reimbursement is paid for miles driven between client locations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial cleaning, and/or facilities maintenance industries.
This person must be professional, have strong organizational and time management skills, and be able to communicate effectively with both customers and other team members.
*Responsibilities* * General office and healthcare environment cleaning and sanitation as instructed by manager or Lead Custodian * Assisting with Inventory Management (Pick up and Drop off of supplies) * Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
* Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
* Monitor customer feedback and take corrective action when instructed.
*Qualifications:* * Janitorial Experience (At least 1 year of verifiable, professional Experience * Must be able to lift up to 40lbs * Must be walk or stand for extend periods * Must have valid driver's license and automobile insurance * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Professional demeanor * Must be able to pass a client mandated background check Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.
