Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a food service establishment or a related field preferred, but not required.
Physical requirements:
Flexible and long hours are sometimes required.
Heavy work - Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally,/50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Ability to stand during the entire shift.

Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas, and assist in implementing solutions.

Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs.

Job Duties and Functions:
Fundamental Requirements
Keep all work areas clean and properly stocked according to the standard.
Keep all tables cleaned and set according to property-specific standards.
Greeting customers as they enter, and providing the highest level of customer service possible.
Organizing to-go orders and ensuring they are given out to the correct customer.
Scan and bag items ensuring guest orders are accurate.
Break down trays of soiled dishes and linen in the dish area according to established standards.
Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety.
Check supplies in the stationed area and restock accordingly to ensure sufficient supply.
Complete daily opening and closing duties and cleaning according to established side-work checklist.
Process sales transactions and accept payments through the property system.
Calculate the cost of products and services.
Stay up-to-date on product information and availability of food products.
Answer the phone in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
Being knowledgeable of the food vendors in the establishment.
Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the shift.
Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
