Summary of Job: Front Counter Associates get to be the real life face behind our classic happy face cookies and are the front line ambassadors bringing joy to our community through cookies, cakes, donuts, and more! Hours: Part time Days vary Tuesday - Saturday (closed Sunday & Monday) Shifts vary: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm Job Duties: Connect with Busken guests to provide legendary customer service experiences in-person, via phone, and via email Keep a positive attitude and always be alert when guests enter the bakery Know and effectively execute all cash handling procedures Package baked goods as needed and label accordingly Assist with daily and weekly cleaning requirements Follow all safety and sanitation regulations in accordance with Any other duties necessary to achieve successful store operations Qualifications: Available to work Saturdays Previous cash handling experience preferred Previous customer service experience preferred Ability to frequently lift 25 pounds Ability to bend, stoop and stand for up to 8 hour shifts Basic computer skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Busken Bakery, Inc.
