DRIVER SUPPORT/CUSTOMER SERVICE ~ CINCINNATI, OH

This is a 2nd shift position.
You will work 4 10 hours shifts Thursday to Sunday.
Your days off will be Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday.
*JOB REQUIREMENTS* ~ Responds to incoming calls ~Ensures compliance with DOT regulations and Company Policy ~Be the liaison between our drivers and the company ~Handle daily fleet operations, questions, maintenance issues and complaints ~Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction ~Assist drivers with equipment breakdowns *QUALIFICATIONS* ~Excellent Communication ~Attention to Detail ~Ability to work unsupervised ~Ability to maintain professionalism in fast paced environment ~Creative problem solving with the ability to identify and execute sound decisions *EXPERIENCE* ~Minimum one year if dispatch experience with tractor trailer operations.
~Proficient in Microsoft applications and ability to learn other software.
