You will pick up and deliver cars from our customers, take them to the shop for the work to be done, and then return the car to the customer when the work is completed.

Responsibilities include maintaining communication with the customer on the timeliness of service and the delivery once completed.
Performance Automotive Delivery Specialists should have an extensive background in customer service, the ability to maintain a high level of energy throughout the day, and possess exceptional communication skills.
Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Service and Sales Delivery Specialist:
Promptly and professionally pick up and deliver service vehicles
Delivery of New and Used vehicles to our Guests for test drives
Sanitize each vehicle upon entry and exit every time
Accurately answer customer questions
Communicate information from the Guest to the Service Advisor
Professional appearance required (Shirts provided)
Follow Performance Automotive policies and procedures
Report any issues and or emergencies immediately to your manager
Qualifications:
Service and Sales Delivery Specialist:
High school diploma or GED required
Driver's license record that will allow you to be insurable to drive company and customer vehicles
Basic computer literacy
