MEDICAL DRIVER - Full-Time and Part-Time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Will exemplify the “Service with Heart” attitude that is expected of all employees.
• Transport persons to medical appointments, senior centers, social service agencies, shopping and for social/recreational purposes.
• Obtain daily Manifest Schedule for medical, senior center and other appointments from scheduling.
• Verify with customers by telephone the date and times of appointments and pick up.
• Assist customers on and off vehicles and to and from homes/destinations.
• Maintain vehicle in a neat and clean condition
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School diploma, or GED, or demonstrated ability
• Valid Ohio Commercial Drivers License
• Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
• Safe Driving Record.
• Must meet the Agency’s general requirements.
