RESPONSIBILITIES: .
Provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism with students and staff .
Maintain On-time performance according to contract requirements .
Instruct students in remaining seated and secured in a comprehensible manner .
Complete paperwork as assigned .
Maintain a reliable attendance record .
Follow all safety rules, and maintain a safety first mentality .
Present a professional appearance, maintaining a clean uniform KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES .
Excellent customer service skills .
Demonstrated understanding and sensitivity of the needs of individuals with disabilities .
Able to speak, read and write the English sufficiently to converse with the general public, dispatchers, students, schedules
