To establish an eligibility list for the APPARATUS DRIVER classification, a written competitive Civil Service Examination will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 9:00 AM at the Hamilton Fire Department Training Room.
This is skilled firefighting work driving and operating fire apparatus and equipment.
Duties include fire suppression, emergency rescue, first aid, and structure inspection; also provides fire prevention information and maintains readiness of equipment/personnel.
Performs other related duties, as required.
To participate in the examination, persons must be current permanent employees of the Hamilton Fire Division who have served a minimum of thirty-six (36) months from most recent date of hire to the Hamilton Fire Department to the date of examination.
