Assistant Childcare Teacher

Duties: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Provide a safe and supportive environment for children - Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and educational activities - Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress - Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care - Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment - Assist with mealtime routines and ensure proper nutrition for children - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility Qualifications: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred - Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices - Strong classroom management skills - Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children Skills: - Early childhood education - Childcare - Tutoring - Classroom management - Physical education - Behavior management - Experience with children - Child welfare - Daycare experience - Special education We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for professional growth within our organization.
