Driving Instructor (Flexible Schedule, Work Independently)

A Driving Instructor at Capabilities works with individuals with disabilities to help them learn the skills necessary to get their learner’s permit and/or driver’s license.
*DESCRIPTION:* You get to work one-on-one with people to teach traffic laws, signs, responsibility, safety, and build confidence while they are on the road.
When they are ready to test, you accompany them to the testing site to support and celebrate their achievements.

) *REQUIREMENTS:* 1.
High school diploma/GED or above.

Ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate a company-issued laptop.
3.
A clean driving record 4.
Ability to pass a background and drug screening (a list of the disqualifying offenses can be provided if needed).
