Reading Interventionist

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Interventionist to join our team.
As an Interventionist, you will work closely with groups of students to provide academic support and implement intervention strategies to help them succeed in their educational journey.
Duties: - Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for students based on their needs - Conduct assessments to identify areas of improvement and track student progress - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment - Utilize learning technology and resources to enhance interventions - Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions - Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning atmosphere Qualifications: - Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development - Proficiency in learning technology tools for educational purposes - Previous experience working with students in a classroom setting - Strong classroom management skills - Knowledge of childhood development and preschool education - Ability to work effectively with children of various ages This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' academic growth while gaining valuable experience in the field of education.
