Preschool Dance Teacher

Responsibilities: Planning and facilitating our dance class and our tumble class.
(This is essentially an obstacle course for young children) - Travel between our partnered businesses to host/teach our classes - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Teach basic academic skills, such as letters, numbers, shapes, and colors - Foster social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance - Encourage physical activity and coordination through games, sports, and outdoor play - Manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions among students - Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development Skills: - Physical education: Ability to incorporate physical activities into daily lesson plans to promote gross motor skills development - Childcare: Knowledge of child development principles and ability to provide age-appropriate care and supervision - Behavior management: Skill in implementing positive behavior management strategies to create a structured learning environment - Climbing: Ability to supervise and guide children during climbing activities while ensuring their safety Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.
