PT Floater/Educator

Bright Future Child Enrichment Center, located in Erlanger, Kentucky, is looking to hire 1 new candidate for the position of Part-Time Floater/Educator.
The hours needed for this position are M-F 7:30-12:00, with room to turn this into a full-time position down the road! We are looking for self-motivated, reliable individuals who show a love for working with children.
Experience is preferred, but we will gladly train the right person! Our Floater/Educator responsibilities are as follows: -Help serve breakfast and instruct children on proper conduct until all Educators arrive for the day.
-When filling in for Educators, you will follow their pre-written lesson plans.
-Minor Lifting.
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents.
-Ability to instruct young children on learning new tasks.
-Assist with breaks as needed.
-Take all training courses and maintain 15 hours of classes each year.
-Become cross-trained in all classrooms and the teaching styles within them.
