DePaul Cristo Rey High is seeking an Admissions and Financial Aid Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of all enrollment initiatives and business matters associated with enrollment.
As a member of the Admissions Team, this person is responsible for meeting the annual enrollment goal set by the President and Executive Leadership Team and articulating the mission and programs of DePaul Cristo Rey High School to students, parents/guardians, educators, and community leaders.

* Ability to use good judgment and to manage and impart information to a range of students, families, grade schools and community organizations.
* Outstanding interpersonal and community relations skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively within a diverse community.
* Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
* Collaborate with the admissions team and internal departments to ensure a smooth admissions and onboarding process for new students.
* Ability to organize, prioritize, schedule and complete job tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
* Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and accurately with the written and spoken word one-on-one and in groups.
* Strong customer service focus.
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* 1 to 3 years of admissions, sales, non-profit and/or education experience.
* Professional working proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written) preferred.
* Flexibility to work some early mornings, evenings and weekend hours as needed for school, recruitment and community events.
* Valid driver’s license, must be insurable with a good driving record and able to pass physical for certification to drive a school van.
Student Supervision/Interaction:
* Adhere to the Decree on Child Protection requirements.
* Complete monthly required Bulletin trainings per VIRTUS Child Protection standards.
* Religion teachers and all employees must consider themselves supervisors of students at all times.
