Teaching Assistant – Medical Laboratory Technology (Part-time)
Overview:
The Teaching Assistant works with other MLT faculty and staff as a team member to achieve a shared vision and goals for the Cincinnati State MLT Program.
Essential Duties:
Assist with MLT labs and lab competency check-offs as needed by program instructors each semester.
Assure record compliance for accreditation.
Facilitate ordering supplies and maintenance of MLT laboratory.
Schedule and staff the lab during open lab sessions.
Be available for MLT staff meetings as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory technology.
Minimum of 2 years work experience as a MLT practitioner.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Desired Competencies:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Demonstrated ability to work with others, assuring timeliness, dependability and accuracy.

Compensation: $22.
