We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Infant Teacher to join our team.

*Responsibilities*:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide a nurturing and safe environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Conduct assessments to track each child's progress
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Supervise children during outdoor playtime and field trips
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior
*Experience*:
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred
- Knowledge of curriculum development for preschool-aged children
- Understanding of child welfare and the importance of creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Familiarity with special education needs and accommodations
- Experience in physical education or promoting physical activity among young children
- Strong literacy education skills, including reading readiness activities
*Qualifications: *
- High School Diploma, be enrolled in the second year of a two-year career-technical program in child development, or be enrolled in a college credit program in ECE or child development
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability in working with young children
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
