F45 Training - High Energy! Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our team.
We are a high energy , FUN fitness studio and new to the Cincinnati area! As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness training and guidance to clients of all fitness levels.
Your role will involve implementing effective workout programs, monitoring progress, and providing ongoing support and motivation to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
```Duties```
- Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness levels and goals
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout programs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics
- Experience in sports coaching or personal training
- Ability to design effective individual and group fitness programs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients
- Sales skills to promote personal training services and generate new business
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Degree in physical education or related field is preferred but not required
