Help Desk Coordinator/Full-Time: Stephen T.
Badin High School, a co-ed Catholic high school located in Hamilton, Ohio is seeking a full-time Help Desk Coordinator to join our technology team.
Responsibilities include:
– Ensure all technical needs are documented withing the online helpdesk system
– Document, prioritize, and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner
– Provide troubleshooting support to end users about hardware, software, and overall technology needs
– Diagnose, repair, or engage PC, printer, and SmartBoard problems
– Provide internal oversight and be the vendor liaison for the student information system (FACTS)
– Monitor help desk performance metrics and customer feedback
– Assist with setup, installation, and implementation of new systems and equipment
– Provide necessary technology training and support to all end users
Applicants need to have Comp TIA A+ certification or equivalent experience, Database management and Google platform experience preferred.
