Long Term Assistant Principal Substitute

Long Term Asst Principal Madeira City Schools is seeking an experienced professional to serve as a long term substitute Assistant Principal for grades 6-12.
The position would be a twelve week duration starting in January.
The Assistant Principal would assist the Principal(s) in the daily operations of the school(s).
Responsibilities would include but are not limited to: Assisting in the implementation of educational policies and procedures.
Managing disciplinary matters and student behavior in accordance with the school's policies.
Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to create a positive learning environment.
Supporting professional development and growth of teachers and staff.
Assisting with school events, including parent-teacher conferences, open houses, and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications include: Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
Appropriate state certification or licensure as an educational administrator.
Previous experience as an educational leader.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of educational best practices.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
