Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Health, and Fitness, or a related field.
One to two years of teaching experience.
Current State of Ohio Teacher/ Occupational Therapist/ Physical Therapist License or Certification.
Responsibilities:
Providing direct or indirect IEP APE services.
Implementing instructional programs in physical and motor fitness.
Maintaining logs for direct and indirect service.
Assisting special education teacher in IEP development and progress report completion.
Completing evaluations, IEPs, and progress reports in the Frontline.
Consulting with school general education and special education school staff to assist in modifying and adapting general physical education to allow access.
