In this role, you'll work to ensure that our students have an unparalleled experience while working to get enrolled into our programs.
What You’ll Do:
Prove to be an exceptional listener by understanding the interests, needs, and qualifications of a prospective student; and provide feedback for the appropriate career path within the Beauty Industry
Facilitate interviews and information sessions to provide students with details regarding the admissions processes, the program curriculum, and campus life
Use critical thinking to uncover any challenges a prospective student may face while attempting to enroll into a program
Conduct virtual campus tours
Create an unparalleled experience for all prospective students considering our programs
Communicate initiatives and work collaboratively with the Admissions Team
Engage in daily planning sessions with a Financial Aid Counselor to ensure well-rounded student support
Who You Are:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Naturally curious, inquisitive, and persuasive
Easily establishes rapport
Ability to make and implement decisions with a sense of urgency
Demonstrated ability to work under strict deadlines
Eager to drive business and achieve Company goals
Self-directed and resourceful
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Beauty Industry license a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with Salesforce preferred
