We currently have a Full-Time opportunity for an individual who would like to make a career in a not-for-profit organization.
We are looking for an individual to work in an organization that helps its customers become self-sufficient.
Position Purpose: Ensure center compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, supervise children during all activities and individualize classroom instruction to prepare participating children to be successful in school.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist and supervise children during all activities.
Develop and maintain positive communication with parents.
Assist and participate in developing classroom activities.
Implement appropriate behavior management techniques.
Job Qualifications:
Child Development Associate (CDA) or a degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields
Minimum of one year of experience in early childhood development.
Ability to carry 20-35 lbs.
