org/ Aquatics Specialist Responsibilities: - Undergo Training to conduct water aerobics programming - Ensure the safety of all individuals in the aquatic area - Monitor and enforce pool rules and regulations - Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area - Assist with swim lessons and aquatic programs as needed - Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents in the pool area Requirements: - Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Physical stamina to stand, walk, and swim for extended periods of time We are seeking a dedicated Aquatics Specialist who is passionate about providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our community.
