Perfection Gymnastics is looking for experience team gymnastics coaches to work with the USAG Pre-Team through Level 10 gymnastics program.

* Has 3+ years of competitive gymnastics coaching experience.

* Communicates in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner with all customers and coworkers in person, on the phone, via email, and in all other forms of communications.
* Is proficient or above average in technology and computer skills.
* Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and manages difficult situations in a calm, effective manner.

* Employment type: Full-time 40 hours per week.

* Salary range: $40,000-$50,000 per year, depending on experience
* Hour/availability needs: Must be available evenings, weekends and some day times.

*Additional Qualifications:*
* Must pass a criminal background check.
* Must complete all required USAG Safe Sport and safety trainings.
* Must communicate clearly and fluently in English (both verbal and written), other languages a plus.
* Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
