Looking for a quiet place to call home (East Cincinnati)

Hello, I am looking for a room for rent.
Say around $400 to $650 a month.
Single story preferred but I can do steps but after a while my knees start to hurt.
I am semi retired and enjoy relaxing but I also get bored at times.
I work 2 days a week to get some type of exercise.
I don’t mind helping out a little around the house but I’m not going to pay rent and do everything thing.
I just got out of that situation a couple months ago.
I am a very quiet man.
I don’t drink or do any drugs.
I am an outside smoker.
I’m pretty laid back.
I’m not looking to move into an apartment.
I prefer to be in country or on edge of it.
