Hey there! I'm a 29 year old gay male who works for Amazon, looking for a roommate to join me in this small, cozy first floor apartment! It is located in Wallace Woods in Covington! This is a house divided into two apartments (the top part is currently rented out by someone else, you would be living with me downstairs).
Rent is 950$ alone, and our heat for the AC / food is gas, so the bill is a bit more higher than usual! In total, with the internet included, it comes to about 1200$ a month, so we will each pay 600$!
Would prefer a roommate that is LGBT friendly and has positive energy and potentially likes to go out and have a good time! You would have parking out in the front of the house if you do park! You would get your own room, albeit it is a bit small and there is two closets, with a fan and a dresser! There is a small twin size bed in there for you to use, but if not, we can get rid of it with teamwork!
This house is also located about a 15min walking distance from a Kroger, 10min walk to liquor store and also is right near the bus line! If you have any questions please let me know! There would be a deposit of 600$ by February 5th!
