In my house, I have two rooms that are for rent.
The larger room, including utilities, is $950 per month.
With utilities included, the slightly smaller room costs $850 per month.
Laundry and kitchen shared, etc.
This half-acre, 1953 Mid-Century Modern home features an in-ground pool.
I've made a lot of improvements, including a nice kitchen, bathrooms, and a central air and good furnace.
The house is roughly 2,500 square feet.
Half-time, I have a 4-year-old son.
I don't really "party"; I work full time Monday through Friday.
I would look for more mature, responsible people.
To be honest, having a child and being a couple or a single parent would be my ideal.
I am a musician in my other life and I am slowly building a recording studio in the backyard.
In the meantime I have a 18' travel trailer that is my rehearsal trailer, so other musicians are encouraged to think about those possibilities, I would be happy to share.
The property is big- big pool, big yard, bike storage, lots of possibilities for garden, chickens, etc.
I planted dwarf fruit trees about 5 years ago and I think this year we will see some fruit.
Some help with the yard and pool would be expected, and greatly appreciated.
I do drink alcohol and am 420 friendly.

I would be hopeful for a semi-communal household, maybe a few communal meals per month.
I mostly eat organic healthy things, with some corn dogs thrown in here and there.
I have two cats, and if we wanted to add another cat that should be OK.
