It's an easy 15-minute drive to UC or Xavier, and 20 minutes to downtown.
It's also a very good house if you work from home, as there are many common rooms with comfortable niches.
Bedrooms are all roughly 12x13 plus a closet.
The bedrooms are unfurnished, though the common areas are furnished including kitchen equipment.
Utilities included; flexible move-in date; all genders welcome.
Year-long leases only; no cats or dogs.
