I am looking to rent his bedroom and bathroom which is available and ready for move-in starting today November 27.
The duration of the lease is flexible, and you are welcome to stay a few weeks, months or years.
Rent is $998 each person.
Month to month with 30 day notice, for 1 person only.

No smoking, no drugs, no vapes, no pets.
Just bring your clothes and personal shower items, and own food.
