Hello! We're looking for a fellow male roommate to join our Christian friendly household.
Private bedroom with ensuite bathroom becoming available in February 2024.
The place is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, story condo in Glendale (south of the Americana, also close to Atwater Village, Los Feliz, Highland Park) Everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom! Washer/dryer in the apartment unit Central A/C and heat There are two parking spaces in the underground garage which we share (monthly rotation).
If you're looking for a place to invite girls/girlfriends to stay the night, this is not the right fit.
If you're looking for a place that is generally low key and has the potential for inviting a few friends to hang out, then this may be a better fit.
We are in our 20's, 30's and 40's working in Public Relations, Captioning, and TV Production.
