So I am relocating to Kentucky for a job close by.
I have rented a 2 bed/2 bath near the college.
Looking to see if there may be another guy out there looking in same area.
I'm mellow and low key, no drugs or smoking.
Don't care if you smoke, just do it outside please as it does not agree with my allergies.
The place does allow pets and I love pets as well but cats don't necessarily agree with my allergies, but if it's a truly awesome cat, we can talk.
Love to cook and watch movies or play games on my Xbox or computer when down from work for a few hours.
Over weekends I love to explore, hike, road trip, cook, read a good book, etc .
I do have some large terrariums full of poison dart frogs that are super happy and chatty in their tanks so you can expect the sound of frogs throughout the apartment.
I can fully cover the cost of the apartment by myself but as I will travel periodically for work, really looking for someone willing to feed the frogs or maybe water some house plants while I'm gone periodically as well as be an awesome person.
Always down for a fun time together but certainly not a requirement if you want to keep to yourself.
I just ask if you have a significant someone in your life, they are not always over or spending the night.
Ultimately the apartment should be a place to live and relax without having to deal with a constant string of visitors.
I am quiet, reliable, and have had lots of roommates in past and no major issues.
The rent really would only be $700 as I would pay the larger half and all utilities as I took the master bedroom(may work from home periodically) and obviously will have wifi and some subscription
services for the large flatscreen in living room.
But pay all the other bills as well.
So really just the $700.
Living room and kitchen will be fully furnished as I have everything but will certainly make room for anything you may have.
And there is a full washer/dryer in this unit.
I will snap some photos once I get there(Relocating from Washington next week).
If you have any questions, go ahead and ask and if it seems like we might be a good match I can invite you over to check it out.
Easy process to get you added to lease, just have to clear a background check with property so I can get you on the renters insurance.
If you have any major questions, go ahead and ask but I'm pretty easy to get along with and keep tidy common spaces.
Not a neat freak but think the common spaces should be livable for both of us.
Don't care if you are a college student, starting your professional career or well on your journey in your career as long as you are respectful of the joint living situation and responsible.
Hit me up if interested.
The place is called Hampton Farms in Highland Heights but can't really send you photos of the 2x2 until I get out there
