SPA, a TRG company and subsidiary of Schwarz Partners, is currently hiring an Account Manager to support our Milford, OH facility.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers and learning their business needs, gain access to partner business portals as needed and become an expert on usage, manage special projects with retailer and supplier partners including displays, product stickering and specialized return processes as well as other job responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:
• Develop relationships with customers and learn their business needs.
• Gain access to partner business portals as needed and become expert on usage.
• Ensure materials are provided to post products on retailer’s website including product images and descriptions.
• Manage special projects with retailers and supplier partners including displays, product stickering, specialized return processes, etc.
• Provide quotes for potential projects.
• Place ship orders for completed projects, send project updates for projects in progress.
• Enter Purchase Orders to order components for customer projects and email or fax to vendors.
• Enter SPA part numbers for supplied and SPA purchased components.
• Enter IFN Pos for customer supplied components and make Receiving aware of incoming components.
• Enter Bill of Materials and detailed assembly instructions in SPA FG part numbers.
• Enter Work Orders for Assembly projects.
• Enter Serial Label Work Orders and License Label Work Orders.
• Work with SPA legal to provide and negotiate contracts as needed.
• Work with retail buyers on accounting related items as needed.
• Provide industry expertise to partners, as well as usage of SPA business portal (Lighthouse).
• Ensures inventory is ordered and in place to meet consumer demand.
• Extensive email and phone communications with clients and others; periodic in-person meetings with clients as needed.
• Determine the products that the customer is most likely to purchase.
SPA REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Calm, organized, patient, diplomatic and confident demeanor in working with staff and vendors.
• Comfortable relating to all levels of management and diversity of personalities.
• Advanced attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize wide-ranging workload and work independently.
• Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality regarding business and staff information.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing to a wide range of audiences, primarily staff, visitors and customers.
