Grunge/alt rock band looking for lead guitarist or bassist (Milford)

Our bassist just told us he has to part ways with us unfortunately.
Ideally we’re looking for a bass player who can replace him but our lead guitarist could also switch to bass, so a new lead guitarist might also be an option if the fit is right.
Backup vocals would be fantastic but not a deal breaker.
